Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Services Provided
We provide AI-driven marketing and appointment booking services designed primarily for med spas. This includes running paid ad campaigns, lead qualification, and automated scheduling. Our services are designed to deliver qualified appointments directly to your calendar.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business and service information needed to set up campaigns.
- Maintain access to their scheduling system and ensure availability for booked appointments.
- Respond promptly to communications regarding campaign performance or required adjustments.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and does not entitle the client to a refund.
Guarantee & Payment
We guarantee delivery of at least 30 qualified, confirmed appointments within the first 30 days. If this threshold is not met, clients are not obligated to pay for that period.
- Payments are otherwise due according to the agreed billing cycle.
- Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except as covered by the appointment guarantee.
Data and Privacy
We collect and use lead information (e.g., name, phone number, email, service interest) solely for the purpose of qualifying and booking appointments. Clients remain the owners of their lead data. We do not sell or share client data with third parties beyond necessary integrations (e.g., CRM, calendar). Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
While we work diligently to deliver results, we are not liable for:
- No-shows, cancellations, or unqualified prospects that occur despite screening.
- Business outcomes beyond appointment generation (e.g., client conversions or revenue).
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, CRMs).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the period when an issue occurred.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If a client terminates before the end of a billing cycle, they remain responsible for any services already delivered. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if clients violate these terms or engage in unlawful or unethical business practices.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as needed to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and clients will be notified of significant changes via email or direct communication.
